DWELL
The apartment is located on the second floor. The hallway provides access to all rooms. To the left, you step directly into the kitchen. This modern kitchen, renovated in 2013, features various built-in appliances, including a 4-burner gas hob with an extractor hood, oven, and dishwasher. There is also space for a fridge-freezer; the SMEG fridge-freezer can potentially be purchased. The kitchen also offers ample space for a large dining table and is open to the living room.

Several attractive details immediately catch the eye in the living room. The fireplace, decorative moldings, and ornaments give the space a lot of character and, together with the authentic stained glass, create a warm atmosphere. In combination with the neat stucco, clean paintwork, and the beautiful oak parquet floor, a cozy and well-maintained living space is created. Thanks to the large windows, it is also a wonderfully bright room.

There is also space for a workspace in the living room. This area is currently part of the open space but can be relatively easily enclosed to create a separate workspace. The apartment has one spacious bedroom at the quiet rear of the property. Here you have more than enough space for a large double bed and a wardrobe. Thanks to the double glazing and the insulated wall, this is a pleasant place in the house that stays cool in the summer and feels cozy in the winter.

The bathroom is located directly in the bedroom and is designed in an open layout. The bathroom was renovated in 2018 and features a shower and vanity unit.

OUTSIDE LIFE
The balcony is directly adjacent to the bedroom and faces the morning sun. The balcony is compact, but large enough for two chairs and to enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the sun. And honestly: with the city center as your front yard, you always have a terrace, park, or charming square within easy reach.

LOCATION
The property is located on Voorstraat, right in the lively center of Utrecht. Here you'll live among cozy eateries, fun shops, and all daily amenities. The supermarket is also within walking distance. You'll be on De Neude in just a few steps.
