The power of the first impression

A strong first impression makes all the difference—especially when it comes to presenting and selling a home. Whether it’s online or during an in-person viewing, you only get one chance to leave a lasting impression. A well-maintained and attractively styled home draws more interest, sells faster, and often at a higher price.

It all starts with proper preparation for the photos. Could the furniture be rearranged to create a more spacious feel? Would it help to remove or add certain items? Fewer plants—or perhaps more? It’s completely understandable if you could use some help with this, which is why we offer professional styling guidance as a standard part of our service. We do this in collaboration with Gold Vastgoedstyling.

What to expect from our styling guidance:

Styling Advice (included as standard):

As part of the styling advice, the stylist will visit your home for about 1 to 1.5 hours to provide guidance on how to present your property in the best possible way. We offer practical tips and suggestions to make your home appealing to the widest possible audience. Together with you, the stylist will also look at how to arrange the space in the most effective way, so your home appears more spacious.

Styling advice including decoration package (optional):

This service focuses on hands-on support. The stylist will visit your home for approximately 2.5 hours, starting with clear tips and advice. Then, you’ll get to work together right away. Room by room, we’ll assess how each space can be presented at its best. If needed, we’ll rearrange furniture on the spot and help you move or remove items. Once all areas have been styled, we add the finishing touches—such as cushions, plants, and vases. The best part? Your home will be ready for the photoshoot right away!

Full furnishing and styling (optional):

We furnish the entire home from top to bottom. Beforehand, we create a detailed interior plan. Then, we schedule a day together on which the home is clean, empty, and ready to go. Within just one day, we transform the space into a warm and inviting setting.
